Orders

When you place an order with us, we will need your name and address, delivery address (if different), e-mail address, credit or debit card details and a contact telephone number. We may also pass this information on to our couriers or other agents, in case they need to contact you during the processing or delivery of your order. We will take all reasonable care to keep details of your order and payment secure.

From time to time, we may wish to update you on our latest products and services. If you’d rather we didn’t make contact, you may opt out during the order process.

Unfortunately, it is not usually possible to make changes to your order once it has been placed.  If you need to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.  If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please email orders@livinginstore.com quoting your order number and date.  If your order has already been despatched, you will need to follow the returns procedure .

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Delta. All our prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate.

Duties and Taxes

Any duties or taxes payable on purchase of our products are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
