Returns
If any part of your order proves unsuitable, we will gladly exchange or refund the item (s) provided it is returned in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.
Simply click on returns@livinginstore.com and quote your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Once authorised, you will be emailed a returns shipping label and confirmation of a collection date. Don’t forget to include the form detailing the product/s and the reason for its return.
You will receive a refund or a replacement product on receipt of the original item/s by Living in Store. Unfortunately, we cannot refund delivery charges.
